Вопрос о соотношении права и морали в нормах как церковного, так светского был актуален во все времена. Но особенно остро он поставлен современном мире связи с резким падением уровня нравственности общества разных стран, что отражается государственном праве. Церковное право выступает роли моральнонравственного ориентира, который должен оказывать положительное влияние на светское право. В данной статье разграничиваются понятия «мораль» «нравственность», рассматривается такой феномен, морализация (интеграция норм нормы права), а также приводится анализ соотношения примере брачносемейных отношений различного подхода к ним со стороны двух правовых систем.
